Communications activities: 

On August 5th, Patricia Alvarez-Loayza was invited to the National Biology Congress of San Marcos University in Lima Peru. The talked was entitled "Monitoring Terrestrial Vertebrates in Manu National Park". 

Unusual Events at the TEAM Site: 

Non Contacted indias were seen again at some camera trap points. No incident was reported. As instructed, the team did not try to make contact and left the scene as soon as possible.

Protocol Activities: 

By the end of July we pick up all the camera traps installed at Cocha Cashu.

On August we started to re census the 6 tree plots. 

The weather station was checked by Cesar Fores, scientific director of Cocha Cashu and TEAM collaborator.

Schedule Problems: 

The weather data will take time to upload since the data is right now at Cocha Cashu where the internet connection is really slow. We expect to upload the data by October 16th.
