Protocol Problems:

In this quarter, we had a problem in the deskTeam program in the TEAM laptop, which is dedicated for camera trap data, the program did not work well when uploading camera data due to some errors. The problems included icons disappearing for updating folders, loading for too long until the program was restarted, and one of the folders didn’t open to edit/ fill pics information. The problem was reported to technical staff at the TEAM head office in USA and screenshots were sent for troubleshooting.
